    Approves of CEO

    Pros

If your into challenges and lot's of hard work it's a great place to be. There are perks if you have the time for them.

    Cons

Far too little is done to manage workload. Lots of training is offered within however most of it is rather lack luster.

    Advice to Management

Improve training, remove the unnecessary positions which won't really amount to much and bring in some more hardworking talent.
