Pros

Cool Culture, Great Benefits, Good Management, Trusts and Values Employees. People at all level are technically very sound and quite helpful.

Cons

Work would be mostly maintenance until you start taking initiative for implementing new ideas, for which mostly junior employees take a while to realize.

Advice to Senior Management

Company has overgrown for its people driven startup culture, but for self-driven people, it is still best. May be adding a bit of more organized structure wherever it is required would be good.
