Pros

Fantastic benefits, great technology, overall a high bar of talent

Cons

Poor middle management and poorly thought out performance metrics

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a closer look at how you rate your employees. Benefits were phenomenal and the technology is great. Get rid of the middle management fluff.

    Pros

    Company is doing well, benefits are good.

    Cons

    It's becoming much more a big faceless monolith, culture is diluting. Very siloed, little interaction between departments, easy to stagnate.

    Relaxed atmosphere and good pay

    Cons

    Heavy competition from EMC, IBM, and others so NetApp is not a prosperous as it used to be.
