Need more flexibility on telecommuting...some parts are a little old-school
Lots of pressure to do a lot with few people
Development is too passively endorsed...it's about productivity

Don't let changes in leadership sway you from the historical positives in the culture...open communication, showing compassion, being approachable and not persecuting someone for a mistake.
