Pros

Very cool culture ,best possible work environment and no work pressure.
Lots of bright people around .
Work from Home and flexi timings are a real boom to beat bangalore traffic.
And Beer bash offcourse :p

Cons

Sometimes i got the feeling that i was getting salary for not doing any real constructive work for the company.
Managers should monitor and guide their reportees if they are not self-driven.

Advice to Senior Management

Too much of freedom given to the employees and sometimes
idle mind may become devils workshop.
