NetApp Software Engineer Intern in Sunnyvale, CA:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

Everyone is very helpful and open to new ideas. Did not detect any ego, and manager was very good at helping me get started.

Cons

Average age of employees is 38, which may deter some younger prospects. Also, should only be considered if you are interested in data storage.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire more interns and young employees (college grads) because they will be the future of the company. Lower average age.
