Overall a great place to work, but as the company grows, the great culture doesn't always scale.

Pros

I have a lot of respect for the C*Os. Great products and team culture. Great work/life balance. They want employees to be productive so you're given the tools to get things done.

Cons

I'm pretty unhappy about the layoffs in 2013; why do this when we're still making money? Some other policies suggest that "large-company disease" is setting in, e.g., why should any manager have the ability to blacklist any ex-employee (i.e., can never be rehired)? Some departments have been decimated and demoralized by bad management hires.
