Work culture is laid back and easy going. It's easy to find "genuine good people" here that are very successful Most people maintain a decent work / life balance. Managers are intelligent and lobby hard for their employees.

Cons

Company morale is at a low with constant talks of the next layoff. Internal processes are tedious and time consuming. The company has different silos with each interested in protecting only their best interest and not what's best for the company. Little communication on performance and how employees are faring.

Advice to Senior Management

With the economy down turn, Senior Management does not seem to have a new direction set in place on how to ride through the tough times except to do business as usual. There are no new strategies to alleviate customer budget cuts and low sales. Fix the broken products.
