You are treated like an adult. Many positions are allowed to set their own hours, work from home, and take time off to run errands - all without being charged for vacation or sick time. There is a very favorable ratio of competence to incompetence among employees and supervisors. Very relaxed environment, I imagine most anyone can be productive in this atmosphere.

Cons

Promotions and raises seem to come slowly.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more frugal when outsourcing tasks. Embrace new media like blogs and encourage community involvement. Invest in business intelligence.
