Better product than company

Executive team with a vision
Location, location, location - and parking is good for all downtown events.

Cons* pays way below market, which I learned once I got the same job at another company
* No diversity in upper management
* As someone else mentioned, HR is totally inept and worthless to everyone except management.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook for diversity. There are plenty of very talented minorities in the marketplace.
