“A company growing out of early adolescence”
I have been working at NetSuite full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – High growth environment, many opportunities to take initiative. Strong product and a more global company than most.
Cons – Immature in many ways. No real company wide culture. Siloed departments and offices.
Advice to Senior Management – Grow the company in terms of maturity, not just size
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
