Netflix – “Great Place to Work”

Nice to see that someone a the offices here in Los Gatos are reading these and trying to combat all the negativity with a positive post every now and then! The high performance culture is just a phrase to hide behind when the true culture is that of intimidation. Management does not care one bit about the employees in the trenches and performance means nothing. They will use you until they don't need you anymore then you're out the door.

Keep putting positive posts out there every now and again so we know you're reading these!

High performance at Netflix is a joke. Red flag - when someone has to tell you over and over again how great they are, what *rockstars* they are (this is so hilarious), how the environment is so *tough* that is isn't for everyone -- they are in the business of talk, not action. Self-deception is so pathetic. The negativity you read here is actually just real people who are no longer part of the Netflix spin machine. Although I wonder about the reach of the spin machine - I know my own reviews haven't been posted yet. Very interesting...if not downright scary. Netflix is definitely not a culture of honesty.
