No accrued paid time off for hourly employees which makes it difficult to take a vacation or call in sick.

Yeah, agreed. I am sure that someone has promised favor to any manager who will attempt to show customer service in a positive light. Remember there, managers, it is wrong to lie! Don't lie. Tell the truth. Tell the world the truth about working there. Where is your heart? Where is your sense of human decency that you would seek to lead new employees into the lair and then turn the lions on them? Shameful!
