I think this is the best company I ever seen, seniors are very helpful & working enviorment of this company very energetic and positive

Cons

company does not accept freshers, minimum 18 months of experience should be required as for company rules

    I have been working at Netsol - India

    Pros

    Good( Not Great) place for people who has certifications for system and database administration type of job and who want to pursue the same.

    Compensation is good for starters with BE degree.
    Good Work / life balance when there isn't much work load.

    Cons

    Horrid Place for people who wants to move up in life, in their own lifetime.( Read: very very slow progress).
    No progressive or marketable experience for people who want to be in Software testing or Development or anything in that line. Stay Away !!!!
    Has a software group, but mostly maintenance work.
    After deploying employees to Client Sites(In India, don't even think about abroad) , higher management forget about them.
    Very inefficient and incompetent HR, Very Slow in communicating any news or events.
    If you are in client site it is very difficult to get to know whats going on in company.
     This company is under the umbrella of IBM, so while getting work done from you "THEY" are IBM, while paying "THEY" are Network Solutions.
    Senior Management Discourages and misleads people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Why do you hire people whom you don't need ??? For whom,you don't have any defined and definitive career path??
    Please stop this practice. Please think what you want people to do before you hire them, not after you hire them.
    You are wasting fresh, young and energetic workforce by making them sit and do nothing.

    I worked at Netsol - India

    Pros

    They have a good style of working. And very good quality of work... The relationships between employees are also very healthy. The colleagues were very friendly and always encouraged and helped to learn more.

    Cons

    The employee compensation is poor. The company as a policy does not accept fresh graduates and hence freshers work as Internship Trainees for very very less pay. The internship period is also not fixed and can be extended without prior intimations leading to frustration among employees. Though the company is acquired by IBM, it does not have IBM policies and payroll which is a matter of concern among the employees.

    Please review the employee pay packages as soon as possible as that is the number one reason for employees to leave the organisation.
