Pros

Benefits on par with other large companies. One good thing was that they would actually give you cash if your spouse covered you on their insurance. They would give you the amount of "net dollars" you were allocated for your position.

Cons

Funny that I worked there 10 years ago and the first reviewer said all the things wrong with the company 10 years ago. Essentially, they have continued to lose market share. The number of employees is one fourth of what they were when I was there. This was a company that actually decided against purchasing Cisco before they became the market leader. This is where N.E.T. has come from and it doesn't look like they will ever right the ship.

Advice to Senior Management

I don't understand why you cannot seem to keep making the same mistakes over and over. It seems that complacency is the order of the day. Dan Warmenhoven drove the company into the ground and nobody has been able to dig back out of the hole. That was 16 years ago and that is shameful.
