Pros

The employees are extremely friendly and great to work with. There is a great balance of work and personal life. Management is understanding and respectful to the employees.

Cons

Didn't have the transparency I needed for a person in my position. The marketing team could do a much better job of understanding the market and product features.

Advice to Senior Management

Have a clearer direction of what projects/products need to be developed. The indecision affects the employees' motivation directly. Provide a better compensation/bonus scheme instead of changing depending on the revenues. Also, they need to do a better job of rewarding hard work instead of just rewarding the same ones because of familiarity. There needs to be a change in the culture to bring back excitement to the employees.
