Former Employee – worked at Network Solutions
Pros – can work from home, some good perks, ok training, co-workers usually helpful
Cons – absolutely no downtime, sell the job as customer support with "some sales", turns out to be a sales job with some customer support. Went downhill after being purchased by web.com. Management gives no indication if there is a problem affecting customers, only gives scripting. Huge turn around, employees do no stick around.
Advice to Senior Management – have some staff specialize in sales, and some in tech support, give encouragement to employees, a thank you goes a long way. Advise customer on ANY changes made to services.
