Pros – Great health insurance, free parking or DART

Cons – No HR in Dallas, this place is in SERIOUS need of a work audit! Several people are paid full salaries for showing up to work late, leaving early, taking long lunches, and sitting in the worthless office manager's office gossiping all day.

Advice to Senior Management – Do a work audit, check competency of employees (someone that can not tell you what the company does, has no basic microsoft office skills, is unable to scan a document should not be an "office manager")
