    Pros

Depending on group and manager there is flex time and the ability to sometimes work from home

    Cons

Lack of mobillity and training for those employees who want to advance. At some times, Management's view appears to be if you don't like things, leave.

    Advice to Management

    (1) Provide more training such as mentor programs or basic training sessions for those who want to advance or transition into other areas. The lunch and learn is nice, but not realistic to help one advance or obtain real hands on experience. (2) 401k match needs to be better
