    Encouraged to take risks and try new things in a comfortable setting
    Breadth of different industries and business challenges
    Small project teams leads to great responsibility

    Hours can be long and compensation should be more competitive
    Little opportunity for long-term career advancement within the company (though management is very encouraging/helpful in helping you achieve your long-term career planning/goals)
