It was a mixed bag, sometimes good, but often a tough place to work.

ProsGood benefits and close camaraderie between staff were great perks. Having an employee of the month and year was a great morale booster.

ConsThe tendency of staff to stay for years and years led to some superior supervisors, but also some that were no longer effective.
