Pros – Beautiful magazine, well-regarded by the public
Cons – To understand the negatives of this employer, all you need to do is get all the back issues and calculate the turnover - note that titles are changed when someone leaves to make this problem less obvious, but it will still be clear to you.
Advice to Senior Management – None
