Pros

If you like sports and entertainment, it could be enough to keep you interested and motivated long term. There are a lot of unique opportunities to meet athletes and be at exclusive events...depending on the department you are in.

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours (nights and weekends). A lot of positions are required to be at all home games, including holidays as well.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management can micromanage at points, making it tough for some people to really succeed at their job. There is a very high turnover rate, possibly due to this and just overworking people comparative to compensation.
