Pros

The NJSDA is a state authority that provides employees with good benefits and a pleasant working environment. Generally speaking it is a good place for administrative folks who want to stay within the state pension/benefits system.

Cons

Management has no experience running what is essentailly a construction firm. Management relies on 'cronyism' in promoting inexperienced folks who only know how to promote themselves to their superiors. Knowledge and experience mean very little. Pay is low compared to commensurate work in the private sector.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust those who work for you that have more knowledge and experience in the design and construction of schools field.
