Pros – Company culture, intriguing clients, constantly changing work environment, encouragement of creativity, relaxed dress code, work hard / play hard mentality, and bi-annual career development meetings with manager.

Cons – Owned by a larger corporation, slow promotion process, and will have to work long hours a few times each week.

Advice to Senior Management – The creative edge and enthusiasm is key.
