ConsBenefits (health) lacked - no FSA,, only two choices for plans
Useless HR when any issue arose
Hostile environment depending on the department

    Pros: - Feels like a startup but the benefits and stability of a larger company - Engineering driven culture from the CEO, to the managers, etc. … Cons: - Complicated code base, some technical debt problems from growing… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Pros: - Good compensation packages that are competitive. - Good work is actually appreciated and praised by management - Friendly Co-Workers… Cons: - Rapid growth and change (maybe bad for non-technical employee's… Advice to Senior Management: Keep up the good work.
