I have been working at New Resources Consulting
Pros – Solid Recruiting and Sales Team
Cons – Senior level consultants are expected to bill 100% of the time. Business Development is expected to be worked on after the 9-5 grind and on week-ends.
Advice to Senior Management – Start utilizing your experienced consultants as Sales Engineers/Managers during regular business hours.
Give them the tools, time and backing to go after business without the expectation of having to bill 40 hours per week at a client
