Pros – Excellent Benefits
Great Training and Free Certification Tests
There is always someone who has your back if things get difficult.

Cons – Could offer more vacation time: 2 weeks initially, 1+ week after 2 years, then 1+week after 5 years.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work!
