Lots of work with little pay, but you learn a lot

Easy to create own work schedule

ConsThe pay is really low for what they are asking the employees to do
The management constantly changes things
For a straight commission job there are too many requirements

Pros: young atmosphere, laid back, nice office Cons: poor training... need a draw program, tired of putting up yellow… Advice to Senior Management: train better No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

New Western Acquisitions is by far the best company I have ever worked with

I have been working at New Western as a contractor for more than a year


Pros: From the owners all the way down to newly hired sales associates, there is a sense of camaraderie that pushes everyone to achieve their fullest… Cons: This job is not "easy."
