    Pros

Brilliant work-staff. Helpful co-workers. Incredible work ethic from a majority of those working. Open to innovation. Most positions provide an opportunity to travel. Employment opportunities outside of the company are numerous and well paying; you will be recruited by another company and well paid for it.

    Cons

Unimpressive salaries, bonuses and compensation. Company owner does little to inspire confidence. Contract says 40 hours, they require 55+ hours and will threaten with dismissal if not met. No compensation or even appreciation for herculean efforts. Travel percentages are a work of fiction; 75% travel means 2 weeks not traveling for New World counts weekends and holidays as days not traveling. Managers are generally tasked with sales related tasks and are AWOL for managing their departments. Complete and dismissive disregard for their own customers/user-base. Massive employee turnover.

    Advice to Management

By using an IQ test and aggressive university recruitment, New World Systems can always find new, brilliant workers. This should not mean that as a company they can all but lie to employees about the work contracts they've signed. Giving five days paid vacation and There is a reason that everyone who has left New World has said it is the best thing that has ever happened to them.

    Pros

Pros - Good experience, decent software, intelligent people at the company

    Cons

The work environment is very cold. Employees are expected to work long hours, yet on the flip-side there is no flex time, there are very strict policies on needing time off for appointments etc. It goes both ways, and New World doesn't understand that. They also are more concerned about revenue making then anything else.

    Advice to Management

Revenue making is necessary, but it can come back to bite you. If you don't have employees, you don't have a company. Unhappy employees leads to unhappy customers which leads to no revenue.
