A very political organization with good benefits but many impediments to getting the job jone quickly and efficiently.

High School Math Teacher (Current Employee)
New York, NY

ProsVery good training on a variety of different relevant topics.

ConsEverything takes a long time to implement. There are many arbitrary budget cuts. Policies change way too often. Schools are closed and then reopened without addressing the real problem

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more power to your employees.
