Anyone who is creating a 5 star review works for the college

Admissions (Former Employee) Syosset, NY

ProsIf you make it 6 months when you get laid off, you can receive unemployment. You ideally want to start working here in the fall so that they can lay you off for the summer, collect unemployment, and enjoy Long Island's beaches

ConsLeadership does not care about the job you do, they tend to poach your ideas to improve the school a few months later. Established employees became established by throwing other employees under the bus, ambition will earn you nothing but grief. You're hands are tied due to poor administrative policies, and the administration would rather let students know about how they have intellectual property rather then how they will improve the college.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe accountable, you may be able to constantly lay off deans, registrars, admissions, and financial aid officers, but sooner or later it will catch up to you.
