    work at home, Working mothers, flexibility

    Cons

    promotions are mostly dependent upon your manager's approval of you not your work. upper management's "my door is always open" is misleading.

    Advice to Management

    allow staff to review management, why would you offer self evaluations if the manager's opinion can over rule?

    Pros

    The people are generally very positive to work with, and knowledgeable. The compensation seems fair though that is difficult for me to assess.

    Cons

    Slow to change established processes and practices. Some ares seem stuck in their ways and not willing to try new ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Trying to establish more of a culture of change (even if only subtle) would allow for improvements in process and procedure that could unlock unanticipated value for the company.
