    promotions are mostly dependent upon your manager's approval of you not your work. upper management's "my door is always open" is misleading.

    allow staff to review management, why would you offer self evaluations if the manager's opinion can over rule?

    They are one of the top rated companies in various fields, they have great products that if used well can work very well for clients

    Cons

    Always working, management is not knowledgeable in how the system works, management is pushy and disrespectful to employees and clients, it is a liability to care about clients' best interest
