Pros

good benefits
friendly work environment
low company productivity after re-org - less busy

Cons

difficult to move up after re-org
constant re-org going on
low productivity through all the company due to uncertainty in the company

    Pros

    Company benefits are very good.

    Cons

    Many processes are laborious and manual. Management was slow to approve any changes to them which caused staff to work much overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the recommendations from staff doing the work to make needed changes to the above mentioned processes. Some managers should not be managing staff just because they are at a certain level.

    Pros

    good management, training and development classes free all week. Own hours, Good for working at home if you have kids. Make your own scehdule.

    Cons

    no leads given. Make your own leads. can be expensive to start off with state license fees for life/health and series 6 and 63 state licenses. all commision based. tough to get started,
