I worked at New York Life full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Very good training program for new hires.

    Cons

Insurance is a very tough business with many competitors thereby making it a difficult challenge sometimes to persuade others that they are under insured.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to motivate and encourage new hires. As a new hire it was easy to get distracted and not focus on the larger picture.
