New York Life Partner:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Compensation, Pension, Non captive environment, comprehensive training, free marketing plan literature and brochures, access to market and product consultants.

Cons

Not for everyone (i.e. fear of rejection, poor natural market, poor organizational and time management skills.)

Advice to Senior Management

More media.

Are youkidding me? You need to read your contract...unless you're seasonsed (3yrs+) in life insurance, you are CAPTIVE! And, they tell you they give you access to markets, but they DON'T!!!
