Pros

As an intern you are fully integrated into the office and are treated like a normal new associate. You are given an opportunity to go through the normal training process. Great exposure to what life is like as an associate.

Cons

They expect long hours for an internship and this can be tough if you are a full time student. Cold calling can be very tough at first. Expect lots of rejection at first

    Pros

chance to learn about online marketing, life insurance, great peers and management.

    Cons

For this specific role the pay was not substantial, summer college interns earned more. Usually no opportunity for growth from a consultant to full time employee.

    Pros

    None to say about them

    Cons

Partners and mp's will make you believe that you can earn 6 figures. I was a TAS agent for 2 years and no new agents came close. Alan and Darin both tried to get me to stay by promising me leads, ha, never got any until I threatened to leave! Also, they helped all agents become proactive at year-end to fatten their own wallets. Stay away - especially in westchester and pennsylvania

    Advice to Management

Hire real recruiters who tell the truth.
