    Pros

The best support and financial education.
    Strongest company.

    Cons

Pay scale is very low; "base salary" only if you hit required minimum goals. Not a true base salary.
People identify with Life Insurance. Very hard to be a financial adviser when there is a stigma that all you do is sell LI.

    Advice to Management

Base-salary would be a great boon.

    Pros

As an intern you are fully integrated into the office and are treated like a normal new associate. You are given an opportunity to go through the normal training process. Great exposure to what life is like as an associate.

    Cons

They expect long hours for an internship and this can be tough if you are a full time student. Cold calling can be very tough at first. Expect lots of rejection at first
