Good benefits at least until the current government and economic climate gets its way. Opportunities for advancement.

Unbelievable paperwork and caseloads that increase with each year.

    Pros

    My colleagues and bosses were mostly terrific human beings, and I enjoyed working with them. I worked at a very convenient location in Manhattan.

    Cons

    Much of the work was boring, tedious and not at all challenging. We had to travel to Albany for regular meetings.

    The workload is light, projects are not very hard, and the people are very nice. It is a good place to live a slow-pace life

    Cons

    it might not be a good place to do health-related research. It is considered very rich and sloppy in data.
