    Pros

    Discount is nice, if you really like the clothing.

    Cons

    Selling credit in today's economy is stressful and annoying. Its expected to con 2 customers a shift, and not at all likely. So be prepared to get yelled at for the bad economy in which people aren't getting approved for a lousy store card anymore!

    Pros

    Great associates to work with, they were strong in their skills with store selling expectations and operationally strong

    Cons

    The District Manager's layout of what the expectations were for the Store Manager position and what they changed to once I started working in my store.

    Advice to Management

    Be clear with your communication, your message even when challenging your team should be motivating and inspiring and not led by fear. Your management teams will continue to leave if you continue to treat them this way.
