    I have been working at New York & Company full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Competitive Salaries, but that it where it stops Cons: Executive members take care of themselves and don't care about the workers. Normally raises were given in April. For 2013 the executive members… Advice to Senior Management: Share the wealth with the "little guy" If it wasn't for them… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
