    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management make some bad moves, if your rig is down and you have to go over to work on someone rig, to help them to try and fix the problems they have, but don't have the time to get it fixed you can lose your job even if it wasn't your fault you will be fired by Newalta.

I worked at NewAlta full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Provide proper PPE and that is all.

    Cons

Management very poor in all aspects. Communication lacking. Plays favoritism. Fails to respond in timely manner to valid issues. Company salaried its field operators trying to get away with not paying overtime mandated by National Labor laws. Taken to court by former employees. Company had to issue back pay checks to comply with National labor Laws. If you are looking for a career, you won't find it here!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start doing your job as assigned. Its expected your operators do their job and they should not have to cover management deficiencies. Management needs to be held accountable. Worst Human Resources department I have ever dealt with. HR needs to be held accountable.
