I worked at NewMarket as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome management, I had an incredible summer at NewMarket and learned much more than I had anticipated. Everyone is pleasant and works together very well.

    Cons

The days became slow at times but I still managed to find a lot of productive things to do. There were not many cons to this company.

I have been working at NewMarket full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

High energy, very productive environment. Morale is very high, pay is comparable, location is great. Freedom to do what needs to be done to succeed is far higher than anywhere else I've ever worked.

    Cons

Rapid growth is causing a lot of change, which can be pretty painful.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening, and pay attention to core investment in boring stuff like infrastructure, HR, IT and training, not just R&D, supply and marketing.
