Cons – Senior Management lacks talent to excel
Old boys club atmosphere perpetuates poor behavior and minimal advancement opportunities for women
If you are not willing to socialize every week and go out with coworkers, will not get ahead
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more feedback to employees
Provide more career advancement and training seminars
Allow employees to meet with senior management regularly
