    Pros

Great staff, great Doctors!! Pay is top notch.

    Cons

QA is always more paperwork!! Staffing should not be cut to save money on the budget. Not always a great connection between departments

    Advice to Management

Modernize so managers can use the data collected and not have to collect the data

  2. Number one for patients but not necessarily for employees

    Pros

Organization makes the patients a priority and as a result is the number one hospital in New York.

    Cons

Be wary of office politics. In too many departments across the board it seems that who you know is much more important than what you know, how qualified you are or how well you are doing your job.

    Advice to Management

There should be more if an effort made to retain current and improve morale.
