Expectations are very high on mid - manager and at time resources to do the task properly and not provided.

    - GOOD MANAGEMENT TEAM
    - EMPLOYEES ARE VALUED AND APPRECIATE
    - EMPLOYEE OPINIONS ARE TAKEN UNDER ADVISE

    - Management promotes and employee growth upfront but doesnt follow thru when the time comes
    - there is no valuable employee training that would help make an employee stronger or able to grow

    Follow thru with your word. If you want to see your employees succeed help them dont throw them under the bus because you want to keep them on your team,
