    Neutral Outlook

I worked at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Could have more internal job movement within IT Dept

    Cons

Because non profit, educational IT certifications are on the cost of the employee to keep current. Some equipment is old and applications versions are behind. They always will have system upgrades and long term work

    Pros

Great place to grow and move up. Reputable company to work for. Great benefits. Friendly environment depending on the department you work for.

    Cons

Salary could be better. Raises are not the greatest. Sometimes hard work can go unnoticed. Favoritism seems to be an issue.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees ideas, opinions and concerns.
