Not Great but good!

Merchandiser (Current Employee) City of Industry, CA

ProsGood work life balance. Great benefits. Fast paced, makes time go by. Opportunity to network with so many different companies. Clock in once a day, don't need to clock out for lunch or after you leave. 10 PTO days 1st year, up to 20 your 3rd year. You're working for an established well known company. People know newegg, so it looks really good on your resume. Samples from vendors.

ConsVery little training. They expect you to get things done with little or no supervision or help. To get one simple thing done it takes many approvals and steps. No real perks. A lot of turnover. Could get overwhelming at times. Half the company speaks Mandarin. Big plus if you do too.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore power to the people that bring in the product in terms of promotions.

    beats unemployment

Assistant Product Manager (Former Employee) City of Industry, CA

    I worked at Newegg

Pros: The vendors that you get work with are top notch such as Microsoft, Intel and Kingston. You get to take on tons of responsibilities… Cons: There is little to no structure there. Senior management has been there for forever and a day so they're old school. They like… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of all the old guards (senior management) who are power… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
