“It used to be great”
Current Employee – been working at Newell Rubbermaid for more than 3 years
Pros – It's a very youthful company. There are a lot of great people there. The cafeteria is really nice.
Cons – Unrealistic expectations from upper levels. Absolute scope creep on every single project. People are miserable and leaving in droves. Terrible health plan.
Advice to Senior Management – Find a way to avoid all the last minute changes. Pay reasonable salaries. Find a way to ensure your employees are actually happy and maybe they'll stick around.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
